This is an interdisciplinary project, combining atmospheric and marine observations in order to set up an integrated study in the inner part of Godthåbsfjord (Kangersuneq), close to the Greenland Ice Sheet.

The main objectives of the project are to (I) increase our understanding on the local climatology in the fjord system, (II) study the coupling between atmospheric processes and the marine environment and (III) construct a heat budget for the fjord.
